The Hong Kong Laser Class Association with the Sailing Federation of Hong Kong, China are delighted to organize a clinic with one of our National Team coaches from the Hong Kong Sports Institute, Nikos Papageorgiou.
A distinguished high-performance sailing coach with over 25 years of expertise across multiple Olympic-class vessels. His coaching portfolio encompasses:

Arrivals: 10:00.
Theory: 10:30 Subject (Racing sailing).
Boat park 11:30 : Boat preparation
Water : 12:00 - 12:30 Warming up (tacking, jibing, mark rounding)
12:30 -14:30 starting drills
15:00 Training race.
End of training: 16:00
Debrief: 17:00
2nd Day
Arrivals: 10:00.
Physical preparation (Hiking): 10:30.
Theory: 11:30 Subject (The importance of the physical preparation in sailing).
Water: 12:30 warming up (tacking, jibing, mark rounding)
13:00 -14:00 drills
14:30 Around Middle Island Race
End of training: 16:00
Debrief: 17:00
Note: Boats are not provided and participants are expected to bring their own or arrange one. If you are bringing a boat to Middle Island don't forget to let RHKYC know. ILCAs may be arranged for RHKYC members on the helm's list, similarly with ABC members with ABC.
