Skipper and Crew's Declaration

I have read and understood the Notice of Race and, in entering this regatta, I agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing and by all other rules that govern this event. I am aware that the responsibility for the decision to participate in a race or to continue racing is our’s alone. I am clearly aware that there is an element of danger in the sport. Should I be injured or killed during the regatta due to my own negligence, health or physical problem, the Sailing Federation of Hong Kong, China, the Hong Kong Laser Class Association or the 9er Association of Hong Kong, China shall not be held responsible for such misadventure.

I hereby agree my son/daughter to take part in the above mentioned regatta. I am clearly aware that there is an element of danger in the sport.
